Colville Residence
Understated, gorgeous.
There are some spaces where you can’t help but think, “goals”. The Colville residence is one such space.
This kitchen features oak veneer fronts, complimented by oak in matt black lacquer on the battened, spacious island. The scullery’s pivot door and integrated appliances give the eastern wall a seamless run of woodgrain. Caesarstone Primordia was chosen for the countertops, balancing the warmth of the timber. Other design elements include negative detail around the entirety of the over-cupboards and hidden, batten-faced drawers in the rear of the island.
It was a pleasure to work with Renee Murphy Interiors on the choice of finishes to complement the rest of the home, and to journey with clients such as the Colville’s, who were so willing to push the design of this space.
